We design and build across greater Los Angeles: Los Angeles County, Ventura County and Orange County, with a particular depth of experience in the Westside, the hillside communities and the San Fernando Valley. These are the neighborhoods where the firm has built, rebuilt and remodeled homes, each with its own page: the work there, what building there involves, and the questions families in that neighborhood ask us first.

Rebuilding after fire
Five communities, one standard.
The Palisades, Malibu, Altadena, Pasadena and Topanga each rebuild through a different agency with a different set of rules. We have a page for each, written for the families going through it.

The hills
Half of Los Angeles is a slope.
Caissons, grade beams, soils reports and the City's hillside review run through most of the neighborhoods above. Mike Ross has managed that work for four decades as the builder, with his structural engineers and the foundation contractors he hires. Hillside construction, in its own words.
