What we collect, and what we do with it.
We are a family firm that builds a handful of homes a year. We keep what you send us so we can call you back, and we do not sell it or rent it to anyone. The details, in plain words.

Four things worth knowing.
What you send us
When you use the contact form, call, or write, we keep your name, how to reach you, and what you told us about your project. We also note which page of this site you were on, so we know what brought you to us. It goes into our own inquiry list and nowhere else.
How we use it
To call you back, to prepare for the conversation, and to keep track of where each inquiry stands. If you become a client it becomes part of your project file. We do not add you to a newsletter or a mailing list.
What the site measures
This site uses Google Analytics and the Meta pixel, which count visits, the pages people read, and whether an inquiry was sent. They set cookies and share that activity with Google and Meta under their own privacy policies. You can block them with your browser settings or an ad blocker and the site works the same.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to Christine@abdbuild.com or call 310.617.2722, and we will do it. California residents have these rights under state law; we honor them for everyone.
