A call with Christine
Usually within a business day. She will ask about the property, the plans you have or want, your timing, and what a good outcome looks like to you. If we are not the right fit, we say so and point you somewhere useful.
A walk of the property
Mike walks the site with you. On a hillside or a burned lot that walk decides more than any drawing: access, soils, setbacks, what the code will ask for, and what the neighbors will notice.
A written scope
A line-item scope and a schedule for your property, in writing, with the point at which the price locks and what would change it. You decide with that in hand, not before.
Before you call
The questions we hear first.
No. Many clients come to us with a lot and an idea. We settle the design with our own design partners, or work with the architect you already have. Either way the engineering, the permit and the build stay under one contract.
A shorter one. We take your set through a constructability and cost review, price it line by line, and step in as the contractor of record. Building from approved plans, in detail.

No, and you should be wary of anyone who will. A number without the survey and the soils report is a guess. We give you a written, line-item scope after we have seen the property.
