Mike Ross
Founder/CEO
Mike Ross is a nationally recognised residential construction leader with over 30 years of award-winning experience. The foundation of his success is built on honesty, resilience, and hard work, values that have shaped his leadership and long-term business growth.
He has received 13 Houzz National Design and Service Award nominations, the Qualified Remodeler Top 500 Award, and the Fast Track Fifty Award for fastest-growing company in the Tri-County area. Known for embracing innovation and industry technology, Mike has built design-led, high-performing construction companies.
Beyond business, Mike serves on boards at Pepperdine University, the Los Angeles Sports Council, and LA5 Rotary. A sought-after national speaker on leadership and entrepreneurship, he has also coached teams to three National Titles and seven State Championships, and is the author of three books focused on leadership and performance.

Christine works with the Marketing and Sales teams. When you call, she's one of the warm and friendly voices you'll be connecting with to help with your customer service needs.
Ruby Bustos
Project Coordinator
Ruby, our Project Coordinator works closely with our clients and team members to help deliver our projects efficiently. She manages administrative tasks, such as document and information distribution, report collation, and communication support. Her amazing communication skills and ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with both our clients and team members allow our projects to stay on task and be completed efficiently.
